in 1988 by Mike Ford and is headquartered in
Palos Park, Illinois. Since 1988, Mill Creek
Development has developed residential,
commercial and retail sites in Chicago's
southwest suburbs and northern Will County.
Our goal has always been to create
communities that enhance and enrich the
lives of the residents and the surrounding
neighborhoods. We achieve this by developing
properties which add value to the community
while providing superior quality and
customer satisfaction. Our development
